Good morning doc, my 2 year old daughter has a soft tissue lump, on her right upper arm close to the joint between the arm and shoulder blade. the soft tissue does not provide any discomfort to her in anyway but from time does become itchy?

Is it getting bigger: The important thing is it getting bigger in size, is the skin over it different than her normal, is it painful? If the size is stable with normal skin and is soft just put lotion when itchy. Otherwise have a doctor check her up.
