Neurological and GI: Dostinex is a Dopamine agonist, it is a category B drug as per FDA so it is relatively safe in pregnancy, side effects include constipation, fatigue, postural hypotension/fainting or dizziness, you should follow up with your obstetrician for further evaluation, I hope this helps.
