Depends on the lab: The normal values for prolactin varies with the reference lab that did the testing and those should be listed on the test report. Once the prolactin is normal it may take 3 to 6 months for pregnancy.

Prolactin level: High prolactin is relative to cause but upper normal value for serum level is about 20 ng/mL. Pituitary tumors can have values in the thousands and this can depend on size of tumor. Depends on lab: Hi. For most labs, upper end of normal for prolactin (PRL) is about 17, so "high" is anything above that. Depending on how high PRL is and how long it's been there, you may start ovulating soon after starting cabergoline, or it may take months. My advice: practice the conception ritual frequently...it will probably happen.
