Continue evaluation: If you've had a fever for two weeks, and continue to have one, and there is not an explanation for your fever, then the doctors need to keep investigating to find the cause of your fever. NAFLD does not cause fever. Fever is usually defined as a temperature over 38.3 C or 101 F. I wish you well.
