See a doctor: Lymph node inflammation, especially when widespread (i.e. several areas of the body) can be caused by several medical conditions, some of them serious. At your age (21), some common causes are infectious mononucleosis (also called glandular fever) and, depending on lifestyle (sexual, drug use), HIV and syphilis. See a doctor soon. Good luck.
