Pretty common: It's quite common for people to experience sore throat after performing fellatio (penile-oral contact) on a male partner. There has been little research on it, except we know it's not due to any STD. Depth of contact may be an issue; so may ejacuation in the mouth. Also, do you have true throat pain, or is it your jaw joints and muscles? Try less vigor, less depth, and no ejaculation in the mouth.
