See specialist,: Have you had a CT or MRI of your head? if not go to an Emergency department now since you've developed dizziness. If you;ve had 1 or the other, please see an Ear, Nose & Throat specialist or a neurologist as soon as possible to try to find out what is going on. Don't take aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen or other drugs in that class: they can cause tinnitus. Also avoid fragrances, aerosols, all smoke
