Maybe OK to stop: Azithromycin can cause tinnitus. You're taking an unusual dose: azithro is very long acting; a single dose gives active antibiotic levels in blood and tissues for about 10 days, which is why single doses work well against some infections, like chlamydia. So you might be able to stop it -- check with the doctor who prescribed it.
