Not HPV: Duplicate question. As in my other reply, HPV never causes pain. Given the evaluation you described in your other question, including evaluation by more than one urologist, almost certainly you have nothing important. You may have genital HPV, since >90% of all people get it, and at any point in time it is detectable by DNA testing in up to 50% of people. But it's not the cause of these symptoms.
