Depends on details: Healthy, young adults can get the stomach flu or food poisoning symptoms from time to time. A patient will usually vomit until the stomach is all empty, which is why it is important to NOT drink anything for a few hours afterwards. If taking lots of pills each day that means there must already be a doctor providing care. If unable to reach that doctor now, a patient may go to an ER for evaluation.
