How can one feel generally when one may be diverticulitis?

Diverticulitis: Diverticulitis of the colon is an infection that causes generally left lower abdominal pains, may have constipation or loose watery diarrhea, may have fevers, do not feel like eating. Pain can be moderate to severe, and can get progressively worse without proper medical treatment with antibiotics.
