Fiber: Despite popular advice little if any good data that avoiding seeds, popcorn, nuts etc etc increases the likelihood of developing diverticulites. Some evidence staying on a high fiber diet will help.

Not that.: Life life, maintain a health diet, which can include meat, in moderation. Take plenty of fiber. Stay well hydrated.
