Safety is not proven: In some cases exposure to THC can increase nausea of pregnancy. So since it is not proven safe in pregnancy and can sometimes worsen nausea. I would say no. Smoking in general also increases carboxyhemoglobin (CO) levels and can damage maternal and fetal blood vessels.
