Not a good idea: Nicotine is nicotine whether it is in a smokeless cigarette, regular cigarrette, chewing tobacco, gum, patches...... It is better to consider giving up all nicotine during pregnancy because it can effect blood flow to the baby and effect growth. There are many smoking cessation support programs. Also remember it takes about 3 days for the nicotine to get out of your system.
