My eye is in pain when i move it left to right and my right armpit has been sore for quite while but my other armpit has been normal nd i sleep 2 much?

Optic neuritis?: May need to be considered although not sure what the armpit pain is (could be immune glands from whatever is causing the eye symptoms).
