Health anxiety is most often a socially convenient coverup for the true nature of ones emotional triggers. People can accept/give comfort to those with health concerns easier than those just freaking out over lifes' stressors or covert triggers. Anyone can have a hidden illness but those who let the idea control their life need help learning to manage stress. Find a life coach & do some therapy.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Your emotionally crippling status can be managed and even reversed. Have seen excellent success from counseling, and especially via use of cognitive-behavioral approaches. Biofeedback therapy has likewise proven valuable. Get proactive and deal with this head-on.
