Do you think zoloft (sertraline) is safe, heart wise? i haven't had palps in a while, but felt an odd one 2nite. im always scared of meds, &don't want bad effects!

Generally yes.: Zoloft (sertraline) has rare instances of causing heart problems. It could also be something else causing palpitations. If you feel this medication is causing such problems you should tell your doctor so he/she can evaluate the problem. If need be he/she can change your medication.
