It sounds as: if you have numerous things going on at once. Trying to connect the dots and tie all problems to one condition is not easy. As colleague of mine once said, " A patient can have as many diseases on one pleases". If Lupus is a concern, then seek proper work up.

Not likely 2b SLE: Some of these conditions could be related. None of these necessarily means lupus though. Atrial fibrillation is a common cause of stroke, and stroke is the most common cause of seizures in adults.
