Possibly Covid-19: Contact your doctor ASAP. You probably need testing for Covid-19 (epidemic coronavirus), and perhaps inluenza. So do your coworkers with similar symptoms. In the meantime, isolate yourself; no contact with other people outside your household. Do not go back to work. Good luck.
