Viral exanthem: This is probably a viral infection with an exanthem, the rash associated with the virus. You can read about them in detail here: http://www.Dermnetnz.Org/viral/viral-exanthem.Html the issue is that kawasaki disease and other diseases can present similarly and need to be treated. I recommend getting in touch with your pediatrician to make a plan.

Sounds like : She may have strep throat clinically and may need antibiotics. The fine rash could be scarlatina rash from strep throat- like sandpaper.Need more info to be certain. Please have her re- evaluated by pediatrician. She could very well just have a viral infection, then do supportive treatment and give the right dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin alternating every fours and hydrate her.
