Chronic Fatigue: Sounds like you may have had Covid-19. One of the common problems that arises long term after this infection can be chronic fatigue. There is no treatment. Try mild exercise for 10 minutes daily, increase your fluids and take vitamin D 800mg and zinc 50mg daily. Talk to your GP for a full workup.
