i did a spinal tap on monday and ever since i have a headache when i stand or sit and only gets better when i lay down is it normal i can only sit for 5 minutes and it starts again?

Spinal tap headache.: Call the doctor who did the spinal tap. This can be from the loss of fluid after the tap.
