Its been 3 days total that my nose will bleed sometimes 3 to 5 times a day. should i be concerned or is it due to allergy season?

It: could be due to allergies dry mucous membranes or other irritations with the nasal cavity if it persists you probably should see an ear nose and throat doctor and have a blood count done to make sure that there isn't any blood problems which would cause you to bleed good luck
