FLONASE, dry mouth: Flonase is a synthetic steroid , used as nasal spray. It can cause dryness of mouth, fungal infections and other side effects. A way to reduce the side effect of medication is to rinse the mouth thoroughly after using the spray. It is also possible that few symptoms of seasonal allergies are still there, not controlled by Flonase. If symptoms persist even after rinsing, please see your doctor.
