Dizziness: If this is a lightheadedness that occurs on getting up from a sitting or supine position it could be due to fleeting swings in blood pressure. Checking your bp sitting and then standing would detect this. If you're experiencing vertigo on head and body motions, an inner ear disturbance is likely. The headache was nonspecific,however.
