Can be...: If you have infection in the sinuses, one of the most important things is to get them to drain. Using a Normal Saline squirt bottle, a nette pot, or even breathing in steam from a shower can help. But medications can help you also. See your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis, and discuss medications that liquify the secretions, or shrink inflammation. Antibiotics may be needed as well.
