Get to a doctor, now: Without testing and an exam, a medical history, etc, a diagnosis can't be made, therefore a course of therapy can't be recommended. This is now probably verging on a life threatening issue if you can't swallow due to swelling (not just pain). Go see a doc, preferably urgent care. ER is appropriate if there is any chance your airways are becoming blocked, or if there may be a foreign body.
