Ask for neuro: Ask to see neurologist.Bell's palsy is the most common cause of facial paralysis worldwide. However recurrent paralysis of the facial nerve is an unusual occurrence and reported in only 7-8% of all Bell's palsy cases.There is either a recurrent infection with herpes simplex or some other neuro issue such as ischemia..This is vry unusual for this to happen and needs further workup.
