Bell's palsy: Hi AmitT, sounds like bells palsy. Can be caused by infection (viral or bacterial), trauma, and exposure(cold or heat). It usually goes away on its own, but can last as long as 3 months. In rare cases, some sufferers can have permanent symptoms like slightly droopy mouth or watery/dry eyes. Have her doctor check her ears for infection as that is easily treated. Follow up with her doctor regularly
