Just got threw taking 2 weeks of bactrim and a week later feel lower abdominal pain like it's back. have ibs. can ibs mimic or cause symptoms?

Uncertain: Do not understand why you were put on bactrim for flu. The concern now is that you may have developed a C difficile infection in the guts because of the Bactrim. Need to see your doctor- perhaps a different one than the one who Rx'd Bactrim for your "flu".
