For a young person like me, what can mimic pancreatic cancer symptoms like dull abdominal discomfort, back pain, muscle weakness, and change in stool (constipation)? i'm not too sure if what i'm feeling exactly aligns with ibs?

Most pancreatic cancers are in older folks and do not have any symptoms early on. Likely (very) it is not pancreatic cancer. Keep good symptom diary of issues and share with your Dr. your body is talking to you. Listen and take notes and share with your Drs and you will figure it out.
