I have this sharp pain that comes and goes on the lower right of my abdomen. everytime it hurts i feel really nauseous. i have ibs but thats all. im not sure if thats causing it. but its only been hurting for the last couple hours. causes??

Pain with nausea on the lower right of the abdomen may indicate appendicitis or an ovarian cyst. See your GYN physician or go to an emergency room for additional testing (CT scan, blood tests).
