Ive been told ive hard plaque on both caratoid arteries..i havent been told if i have a blockage but told blood flow normal.is stroke risk 1% .on meds?

Can not tell: You say that there is normal blood flow and have not been told there is a blockage.With normal blood flow doubt there is a significant blockage.No way to tell the stroke risk without knowing the percentage of plaque,your blood pressure,other risk factors etc.
