No: Total different.Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians, also known as physiatrists that do rehabilitation after injury or surgery.Psychiatrist are mental health professional that treat mental illness such as depression,Schizophrenia,suicidal thoughts etc.
