Psych md out ? : I'm so sorry to hear that your doc is away and perhaps does not have a covering doc in place. If you need to see your psychiatrist, and his office indicates he's away, ask if they have contact info for the "covering doctor" (the doctor who has agreed to handle urgent issues for his pts while he's away). If there is no known covering doc, ask for the name of another psych MD, or go to ER! Feel btr
