I have flu and i'm pregnant what medicine can i use?

Depends: If you are within the first 48 hrs of symptom onset you can use oseltamivir (Tamiflu) which can reduce the intensity of the infection. It is a category C medication, meaning there are no controlled studies for use in pregnancy but the benefit can out way any risk. Since documented flu can be fatal in pregnancy it should be considered an option.
