Last year i had a high resting heart rate of 90-110 and when i used to exercise itd go to 140-160 now my resting heart rate is around 65-85, when i exercise it never goes above 136 no matter how hard i push. is this a bad thing? 20y/o, 60kg, 176cm.

No: No those rates are good.The main thing to ask yourself-how do you feel-any lightheadedness or chest pain/abnormal shortness of breath.If not then I believe ok.Are you in better shape-that would explain it.
