Liposuction : Apart from the injection of Novocain you will still have some discomfort after the anaesthesia wears off. Good Luck

Anesthesia: There's reason for anesthesia. It's infinitely less uncomfortable than the pain of surgery. It allows you to have the procedure done in relative comfort. It also allows the Surgeon to perform treatment quickly and efficiently, without risk of sudden movement from you. And the shorter the procedure, the less complicated your healing process.
