Depends: If there is no pain then you can wait it out for 2 or 3 days. If there is pus behind the ear drum or pain then an antibiotic will be needed to attack the infection.

Rx the pain now: I would do what you can to deal with the discomfort now. Ibuprofen & laying with a heating pad on that side of the head can help. Tomorrow try to get in with your pcp or an urgent care center.
