Proper Food Plan: Good day; Instead of concerning yourself with best calorie burning foods; A different approach-- a healthy food plan coupled with exercise. I find an abundance of fruits and vegetables, frequent portions of fish like tuna and salmon (high in omega-3 fatty acids). Lastly smaller portions of lean beef, chicken and grains. Coupled with quick walking or bicycling to inc. metabolism. No fats or carbs
