Depends: Calorie expenditure varies among people with the same exercise (technique, intensity, metabolism etc). Your weight is way too high at this time and i'd doubt an ab roller would do the trick. Consider joining a health club and get the health of a trainer on a regular exercise program and weight watcher on a better diet. Don't worry if you may not look as fit and the others in the gym.

Not much: Depends on your weight and amount of exercise time. Approximately 54 cal. For 10 minutes if you weigh 160. Aerobic exercises (elliptical, stairmaster, gauntlet, spin bike, treadmill, roller blade) will typically burn more calories during the same amount of time. Seek out a good exercise instructor to help you in your quest for good health.
