Pinched nerve: Not sure what is being asked here but sitting constantly is not typically a cause of pinched nerves. At your age, a pinched nerve would be more typically caused by disc degeneration (aging changes) leading to susceptibility of the disc to protrude/herniate, which results in nerve impingement (pinched nerve).
