i have lumbar spinal stenosis, herniated discs, pins & needles in lower leg/foot and now my foot is turning blue. could spinal stenosis be the problem?

No: bno spinal stenosis will do all the above except the discoloration of your feet. That is a circulation problem. If you are diabetic, or if you are a smoker, need to see your doctor it could be a serious problem
