Anxiety will do it: The heart rate is influenced by many things including the stress hormones that will speed it up with anxiety.Rates in that range are well tolerated at your age.

Heart rate randomly high for no reason. Been doing this for like 2 or 3 days now. My Fitbit will show 106-135 while Im sitting or Just walking around. Rest heart rates been 68-71. I have anxiety so its freaking me out should I go to the er?
According to my fitbit my resting heart rate is 71 but when im active my heart rate can easily jump up to 105. Is this normal?
Normal resting heart rate is between 75-85, when walking around it can jump to 90-100, all the way to 160 when excercising. Normal?
Is it normal for a heart rate to jump 30 BPM from laying down to sitting up?(ie: 72 to 102+) And stay elevated from walking around & eating? I am 28.
Fast irregular heartbeat feels like jerking & I lost my sleep pattern. Will walking/jumping jacks & more sleep get my normal heart rate back?
