Counting sheep! : Sleep problems are very common and athe same time varied. Regardless of he type of sleep problem you have you can help yourself by improving your sleep hygiene: set a regular bedtime, wake up same time daily, avoid taking long naps, do not watch tv in bed, keep your room cool, make sure you have a comfortable bed, avoid heavy meals at night, cut down your caffeine intake, drink less liquids before.
