Blurry vision: If you're a known diabetic with fluctuations in blood sugar transient blurry vision can occur. If this doesn't pertain to you, and blurred vision persists, you should be promptly examined by an ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment. Acute optic neurirtis would be one concern.
