A member asked:

2 kids eating same meal at the same time, would both have same blood glucose values and would it come down together?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say: Each kid is a different metabolic system & the speed at which they break down foods & absorb them is influenced by a number of factors. In truth, that is why testing for diagnostic purposes is never done at random but with a defined glucose load after fasting and with defined times. I see no reason EVER to test 2 kids this way.
