Exam needed: This tender lump may be an abscess, hernia or hematoma(blood collection). A physician,gynecologist or surgeon will have to examine you and advise you. In the meantime apply warm compresses but get examined as soon as possible, even if you have to go to the hospital emergency room where prompt care is available.
