I have a prolapse of the uterus , about 25 years ago, i had two ops done . about two week ago a had some pelvic pain and noticed the uterus come more down , also some bleeding, also noticed something like small lumps on the uterus. ?

The lumps could be-: -fibroids. But there have been complications using mesh for repairs yrs ago. You need to see a GYN. Also try to get your old operative reports so your GYN knows if mesh was used & which type.

See an OB: Sounds like myomas, which are small to large overgrowths of uterine muscle, usually benign, and not to worry, but you definitely should have your OB examine you and decide on next steps
