Abd pain after meal: The gallbladder is active after meals, pushing bile into intestine to help digestion. Stones in gallbladder are most common source of symptoms. Stones can cause pain, usually upper right abdomen, after eating. Can radiate to back or RT shoulder. Nausea/vomiting common. If stones fully block bile flow, pain gets worse, jaundice, fever, severe infection, pale stools may result & can be an emergency.
